This is a superb five-day trip that combines two of the most iconic climbs in cycling history in three days of stunning riding. Starting in the high Alps on the rugged slopes of the Romanche Valley, follow in the pedal strokes of the Tour’s greatest legends and conquer all 21 infamous switchbacks. From here, make your way over the Col d’Ornon and into the lesser known but equally breathtaking cycling terrain of the Vercors on the way to the lavender fields of Provence. This is a challenging and exhilarating ride that ends with a final, epic ascent of Mont Ventoux, a monster of a climb. Price includes airport transfers, accommodation and meals, minibus-supported riding, lead rider, professionally qualified mechanics, breakfasts, water and soft drinks (on rides), GPS files and a high resolution photo package. If you prefer you can also hire bikes through Velovation too.
