Argeles-Gazost is a great base for cycling in the Pyrenees, providing access to iconic Tour de France climbs including the Tourmalet and Aspin, the Hautacam and the Aubisque (among others). Handy also for exploring the Parc National des Pyrenees. Logis Hotel Beau Site is a lovely 19th-century building that offers panoramic views over the mountain valley (some rooms have their own balconies with super views). There is also an on-site restaurant, meaning you don't have to venture far to refuel after a day on the bike (it serves traditional regional cuisine). Continental breakfast available daily.
