With its grand entrance, marble staircase and restaurant terrace (complete with the sound of trickling water from the stone fountain), this is a great base for cycling in Provence. The restaurant serves classic provencal-style cuisine from Michelin-starred chefs, making Hôtel Henri perfect for either a one-night treat or a longer holiday. For cyclists, the hotel has its own fleet of bikes from which to enjoy local rides, including the Luberon national park. Also great for winter riding with an old fireplace to snuggle up to on your return, and a club-style tea-room/bar. Free wifi.
