Maison Mason is an apartment for 2 people around 23km NE of Tarbes and 60km east of Pau that provides an ideal cycling base at the foothill of the Pyrenees. The apartment – with a private entrance – is attached to the main house, which also has additional bedrooms available on request. There is outdoor seating and covered area complete with BBQ. The house is set in 9 hectares of land, meadow and forest with off-road cycling paths from the door, and the Col du Tourmalet 60km to the south. There is also a signposted 2km climb from outside the gate. Evening meals can be provided on request or the owners are happy to give you a lift to the nearest supermarket. There is also space for wildcamping with access to a shower, laundry and BBQ.
