Les Papillons is a charming, fully restored cottage in a quiet village in north Burgundy. Best of all, it's run by cyclist Richard, who has been riding here since moving to the area 10 years ago. The cottage is a well-equipped home from home sleeping four people in two double upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs offers a cosy sitting room, WC and a fully fitted modern kitchen. Free wifi is available for route-planning and weather forecasts, and in the summer months there is an above ground pool to relax in. Richards ia a member of te local 'cyclotourisme' club, which is happy to welcome you on a club ride. This is a very quiet and undiscovered corner of Burgundy, with excellent roads and light traffic. You can ask Richard to share his favourite routes with you. If you are into moutain biking, there are also great local forest trails and some very good marked trails in the Chatillon forest. For leisure riders, the Canal de Bourgogne offers the ultimate chill, with good towpaths and great scenery. There are two bikes free for guest use to explore.
