Friendly and responsive staff – when I contacted a few Strasbourg hotels to ask if they could take delivery of a bike shipment for an American cyclist, this hotel was very happy to help. They in fact have a dedicated bike shed for 6 bikes and also provide bike repair kits and tools. Rooms are modern and stylish, and include family rooms for up to 4 people, making the hotel ideal for sharers.
